How I build products
Start with a real problem, then build the smallest complete loop. Separate facts from assumptions before deciding how much engineering to invest. Launch is only one milestone; permissions, audits, exception handling, and long-term maintenance are part of the product too.
Why I keep records
Products disappear, platforms change, and tools become obsolete. Recording the decisions preserves the method beyond any single result and gives others evidence they can build on.
